基本情况

秦建春,吉林大学教授,博士生导师,从事天然产物化学,植物保护以及植物代谢调控,功能农业及功能食品研究.在德国哥廷根大学完成博士论文(中德联合培养博士生),吉林大学生物学流动站博士后,吉林大学杰出青年科学基金后备人才,吉林省拔尖创新人才,享受吉林省人才“18条”政策,吉林大学科技扶贫通榆县科技人员,曾经在德国哥廷根大学助理研究员和高级访问学者, 德国马普所(耶拿)合作研究学者,广州丽珠制药集团原料研发中心顾问,西部植物化学国家工程研究中心技术顾问(天然甾体药物研发). 中国菌物学会菌物化学分委会常委,吉林省植物保护学会理事兼农药委员会副主任主任委员.担任Allelopathy Journal Natural Product Research, Food Chemistry, Boorganic & Medicinal Chemistry Letters等多家国际著名学术期刊的副主编或特邀审稿人. 与德国马普所,哥廷根大学,汉堡大学,日本岩手大学和冈山大学,加拿大农业部,北京协和药物所和药植所、中国中医科学院中药研究所,清华大学生命和药学院、北京大学药学院,中国科学院微生物所,昆明植物所,上海药物所和有机所等多所世界顶尖大学和科研院所建立长期的合作关系。主持国家自然科学基金等国家和省部级课题8项,在国际期刊发表学术Sci等论文超过60多篇,申请多项专利。

教育和培训(Education & Training

1.从植物,真菌、放线菌、藻类和昆虫(防御物质和信息素)中寻找具有抗肿瘤,抗炎抗菌,杀虫以及生长调节活性的化学成分并筛选先导结构,进一步结构修饰改造来提高活性,用于药物(包括农药)的研发。同时从化学生物学互作角度探索天然产物合成的基因进化和生态学防御功能。

2.植物和微生物中活性成分的合成生物学研究,尤其是对工业发酵微生物来源抗生素药物产生菌株的改造和优化,对合成基因和代谢通路的了解有助于定向调控目标药用成分的产量。

3.对药食同源植物中功能成分,尤其是抗氧化活性的花青素、黄酮、甾体类,萜类,生物碱和精油等的研究,应用于香水香料、功能食品、化妆品、染料等领域。
